Forest Interactive (Cambodia), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Forest Interactive (Malaysia), was established in 2019 to introduce a range of digital products in e-sports, streaming, and multimedia content to the Cambodian market.As a member of the Board of Directors, my primary role was to offer strategic and constructive guidance across various facets of the business. This involved strengthening operational efficiency, optimizing revenue performance, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.

IDC is a fund management company regulated by the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC). It specializes in fund management, fundraising, investment matching, and business development, while leveraging the diverse expertise of its local founding investors. By fostering dynamic partnerships with both local and international institutions, IDC provides a comprehensive platform for commercial support, promoting the growth and development of its investors, business partners, client entrepreneurs, and SMEs.In my role, I contributed to shaping the company's strategic direction and actively manage its investment portfolios, overseeing sourcing, assessment, implementation, and monitoring processes. I also led initiatives related to marketing, events, protocol, and compliance to ensure that IDC consistently meets regulatory standards and industry best practices.

Aquarii is an advisory firm incorporated in both Singapore and Cambodia, dedicated to assisting foreign businesses and investors seeking market entry, strategic partnerships, or investments in Cambodia. The firm delivers bespoke advisory services, backed by a robust network of contacts and an online platform, all in adherence to its core values of trust, integrity, and transparency. Its priority is to establish strong relationships with business associations, chambers of commerce, government agencies, international communities, and clients, ensuring they can effectively navigate the complexities of doing business in Cambodia’s dynamic market.During my tenure at Aquarii, I was responsible for developing corporate and strategic growth plans, formulating market entry strategies, and providing advisory support to client projects. In addition, I identified and pursued potential leads, nurtured client relationships, and conducted thorough assessments of industry trends and market intelligence to guide informed decision-making.

Following this period, I was promoted to VP of Corporate Planning, serving in this role from September 2019 until November 2021. During this tenure, I was responsible for strategy formulation, overseeing subsidiary expansion, implementing financial planning and analysis, and providing managerial guidance to ensure operational efficiency and optimal financial performance across the group’s diverse business divisions.

Since 2006, Forest Interactive (FI) has established itself as a trusted partner for 50 mobile operators, reaching 1.1 billion subscribers across 33 countries. The company’s core operations revolve around delivering highly customizable platforms for Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), Service Delivery Platforms (SDPs), mobile game publishing, eVouchers, and, more recently, mobile eSports.In my role at FI, I led the Cambodian subsidiary’s business development initiatives by establishing new entities, forging strategic partnerships, cultivating key relationships, and driving digital innovation. My efforts focused on tailoring FI’s product offerings to align with Cambodia’s dynamic telecom landscape.

Bangkok Life Assurance (Cambodia), established in 2016, is a life insurance company formed through a joint venture of four prominent Asian insurers: Bangkok Life Assurance (Thailand), PT Assuransi (Indonesia), Bangkok Insurance (Thailand), and Asia Insurance (Hong Kong).I initially joined the company as an IT Manager, later transitioning into the role of Marketing Manager. In this capacity, I developed and executed comprehensive marketing strategies, including out-of-home advertising, digital campaigns, and promotional events. These initiatives aimed to enhance brand visibility and establish effective sales funnels.

Cambodian Life Insurance, established in 2012, was the first life insurance operator in Cambodia. It was formed as a joint venture among the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Kingdom of Cambodia, Bangkok Life Assurance Plc. (Thailand), PT Assuransi (Indonesia), Asia Insurance (Hong Kong), and Bangkok Insurance (Thailand).During my three and a half years at Cambodian Life Insurance, I oversaw and managed the ICT department, focusing on the development and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure to support the company’s business operations. My accomplishments in this role were supported by extensive training in Thailand, Taiwan, and Japan, as well as comprehensive assistance from Bangkok Life Assurance.

Hello Axiata, a subsidiary of Axiata Group Bhd. (Malaysia), has provided telecommunications services across Cambodia since the 1990s. In 2012, it merged with Smart Mobile, forming Smart Axiata, a prominent telecommunications provider in the country.During my tenure, I was responsible for implementing a range of marketing activities, both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL). This included coordinating with media agencies and vendors on marketing campaigns, contributing to the development of the company’s digital marketing platforms, and overseeing the creation of branding elements such as TV commercials, radio spots, press releases, and point-of-sale materials. These initiatives aimed to enhance brand visibility and attract prospective customers through various digital advertising channels.

CIST is a non-profit organization in Cambodia, supported by donors from France, dedicated to enabling underprivileged students to pursue higher education and ultimately improve their family income levels.During my time at CIST, I provided English proficiency and web programming training, helping students develop valuable skills and enhance their employment prospects.
