CurrentWork closely with our customers, partners, and Microsoft account teams to scope and implement training programs designed to drive adoption of Azure services. Support and assist them to understand their training options provide program support, consult on skills development options, build and lead extensive in-depth training proposals process tailored for our customers and partners based on their Azure strategy. Ensure outstanding delivery collaborating with our Technical Trainers team and Learning Partners to guarantee outstanding delivery of these programs, leading to increased customer satisfaction. Evangelize Azure training and certification programs at company and industry events.I also lead a team of 25+ Microsoft Certified Trainers who works on multiple technologies like Azure Development, Azure IoT, Microsoft Power Platform, NET Development etc. Other core responsibilities include: Hiring and grooming trainers.Upgrading trainers as per customer’s demand.Keeping team motivated.Launching New Courses.Managing the team of trainers.
