Responsible for the Design, implementation and integration of all the Jubail Industrial City Metropolitan Area Network consisting of all the schools, colleges, Malls, Parks & Beaches.(Around 130 Sites)• Responsible for creation of all the related design for 30%, 90% & 100% stage till the approval phase till the final IFC's beeing issued.• Responsible for creation of all the network documents like HLD, LLD, NIP & NRFU • Configuring all the materials according to the Network Implementation Plan in our staging area and then on site integration• Opening TAC Cases of Faulty units and bringing new equipments through RMA’s.• Involved in all the PAT & SAT of Equipments from Contractor's Side.• Maintaining all the sites till they are handover to Operations.• Creation of all the BoQ's and Change request with Proof of Concept to RCJY• Single Point of COntact for all the Technical issues, meetings and discussions with RCJY

Responsibilities :I am Operating, Monitoring and maintaining the IP/MPLS core network of STC which consists of thousands of nodes including nine core nodes (CRS-1s), hundreds of PEs (C 7613s, C 7513s and GSRs), hundreds of Ethernet Aggregators ( C7609s and C4510s) in addition to thousands of Access devices (DSLAMs, MSANs, WiMax,MALCs,M320s….etc).Job Profile: Monitoring the network of Saudi Telecom Company in Cisco Information Center(CIC) 24*7. Working with the DATA NOC Team of Fault Management. Troubleshooting, following up, fixing and reporting all kinds of the STC MPLS network daily problems including faults caused by variety causes such as transmission problems, configuration issues, IOS bugs, hardware faults and others. Escalating the case to higher levels. Coordinating with the regional teams as well as Last mile providers. Having level 15 access of CISCO for all the backbone core , aggregators and edge routers. Having the rights of configuring all the core and backbone routers. Known Network Management System is RTTS.
