F&B consultant / technical designer with over 20 years of experience in Africa, GCC & Europe. Covering all segments of hospitality while being personally involved in the supervision & handover of the projects. I started by providing CAD distributions along with MEP layouts for each project in the company. Providing layouts with practical design solutions with an emphasis on functionality while coordinating with the architects and the engineers for a smooth incorporation. By being the lead designer and technical designer over the years this has permitted me to cover all types of projects spanning from hotels, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, catering kitchens, culinary schools, supermarkets, grocery stores & middle-eastern delicatessen shops. These skills have permitted me to successfully accomplish the most demanding projects with the highest standards in the industry such as Le Cordon Bleu Beirut where I was in charge of schematic designs, technical designs, supervision and handover. Furthermore with the increasing demand in custom display units in the industry, my technical background in production and materials has permitted me to answer to the most demanding designs. Working with the best interior architects in the industry, together we were able to provide a project from its conception to completion while finding a balance between functionality and form.
