Managed the operations of Portico's 20 London offices offering residential lettings, sales, property management and financial services to an extensive portfolio of clients. I led Portico’s multi-disciplined sales, lettings & property management teams to ensure key strategies and processes were effectively implemented by staff to maximise revenue, increase organic portfolio growth and reduce attrition within each of the operating micro-markets whilst being responsible for the P&L. Operationally, I created, developed and implemented internal and external processes to ensure the organisation met its legislative, regulatory and compliance obligations (including Anti-Money Laundering obligations as the AMLO for Portico). I facilitated the integration of new acquisitions, development of bespoke CRM systems, drove the expansion of new business development and ancillary services, and created framework for the recruitment, training and development of staff.Board level functions included developing sales, operational, financial and growth strategies to increase overall output, efficiency and profitability of the business. Additionally, I analysed acquisition opportunities, utilising technology as a function for the business, as well as helping to diversify the services offered to generate further revenue streams that supplemented the core business. I am also invited to regularly present Portico’s London & UK housing market trend analyses and forecasts at key industry events.

Responsible for managing the profitability/sustainability of a large portfolio of residential property whilst sourcing new business to increase organic growth & market share. Led a multi-disciplined sales, marketing & administration team working on marketing/sales projects, client accounting, lease extensions and dispute resolution; ensuring compliance/legislation was satisfied.

Managed a number of different offices within the business across varying London locations; generating new business with marketing and sales strategies and successfully growing revenue. Work placement included writing and subbing news stories, working on picture/web desks, editorial enquiries and assisting the Deputy Editor in the day-to-day running of the newspaper.
