Managed the operations of Portico's 20 London offices offering residential lettings, sales, property management and financial services to an extensive portfolio of clients. I led Portico’s multi-disciplined sales, lettings & property management teams to ensure key strategies and processes were effectively implemented by staff to maximise revenue, increase organic portfolio growth and reduce attrition within each of the operating micro-markets whilst being responsible for the P&L.
