Handling the recruitment activities – Data bank Maintenance, Head hunting, and employing various recruitment techniques.• Responsible for End to End Recruitment Process and Maintaining relationships with clients.• Maintain a high level candidate database covering all technical skill sets, experiences and locations.• Sourcing high-end software professionals for the client requirements.• The screening process includes personally interviewing candidates to go through their skill sets and experiences.• Good knowledge and use in searching Internet Pay sites; Monster, Planet, CVlib, Jobsite, Job serve, Total jobs, Career Builder, Dice,Hot Jobs etc…..• Sourcing the Candidates using different methodologies like Google Search, LinkedIn.• Able to read and understand an IT & Non-IT job requirement and develop a recruiting / sourcing strategy.• Work to fill temporary and permanent placement orders with the best fit candidate for each client vacancy.• Good knowledge about VISA Processing• Sending validated profiles to client’s requirements, • Working closely with both US& UK recruiters to ensure accurate job descriptions and full knowledge of the position requirements, ensuring a quality candidate fit • Worked on skill sets like:- 1.
