- Responsible for overseeing and managing technical projects by liaising with various trading venues and exchanges for ION Fidessa hosted Clients.- Current focus is on Latin American and Indian Exchanges.

- Running Automation, Deployment and Host Management projects for ION’s Fixed Income and Secured Funding Operations Team. - Leading team for Platform and Application DR failover planning, deploying and managing Client deliverables on ION hosted platforms, maintaining deployment pipeline, as well as streamlining repetitive platform server tasks and Client requests by automating via various CI/CD tools.

- Responsibilities as a Product Analyst included Issue Analysis and Management of ION’s Products, catering to Fixed Income (FI) and Secured Funding Repo (SF) Clients.- Leading the Platform Automation tasks of Technical Operations Team by automating repetitive client requests and ION hosted platforms' manual tasks.- Acquired Product Training at ION UK (London) and India (Noida), focusing on Client Issue Management, Capacity Planning as well as managing regular Platform Operations to provide issue resolution and meet customer expectations.

- Co-founded and managed Technical Affairs of BOTception, an Ed-Tech Startup Initiative, to provide hands-on training of IoT and Robotics to various school and college level enthusiasts across India.- Created online courses on various robotics concepts (based on IoT, Arduino Programming, Sensor and Image Segmentation based Product development) tailored to customers’ needs and past experience of the field. Courses sold were packed with detailed explanation of robotics concepts and hardware kits along with step-by-step guidance to building various projects. Throughout the course validity, technical support was also provided.- Delivered sessions and took online workshops across various Indian schools and colleges to engage directly with robotics, IoT and programming enthusiast students.
