Worked for Shapoorji Pallonji as Site Intern at “STRATUM @ VENUS GROUNDS” project located in Nehrunagar, Ahmedabad from 6 December, 2018 to 27 December, 2018. I learnt about Post Tension Slabs, Diaphragm wall which went to 5 basements, Project Planning & Management under which I performed Value Stream Mapping for different activities like shuttering and beam set-up & Counted RMC truck cycles and estimated required cycles for concreting in future, Mass Concreting, New types of Admixtures used and Tests Performed on Material and Construction activities. Afterwards, presented a detailed Report and Presentation on all activities performed and their shortcomings to technical panel at Adani Institute of Infrastructure Engineering.

Worked on a project which is also known as “The second most expensive bridge of India”. It included construction of cable stayed Bridge including approaches across river Zuari, Goa. It was located on NH-17/NH-66 on Panjim-mangalore section. It connected two main important parts of the city (i.e. North Goa and South Goa.) It included marine piling which helped to learn about boring, liner installation and off shore concreting. Along with piles I also learnt a lot about pile caps, piers and pier caps. It gave me great exposure to marine infrastructure.

• Commercial project of seven stores which cleared fundamentals of basic RCC structures. Learned basic techniques of material and cost estimation methods prior to material order. • Learned to interpret field layout and construction drawings. Learned about RMC Plants, AAC blocks, Quality Inspection & Quality Control of material, bar cutting and bending methodology.
