Vatsal is a Risk Analyst mainly focused on risk models and workshops. Building on his workshop facilitation insights, he excels at developing risk analysis models that effectively evaluate key cost and schedule risks. He has prepared a suite of templates used by Arcadis’ entire risk management team. Vatsal has aided on risk analysis training to nearly hundred students along with risk identification, risk register and quantitative risk assessment. Vatsal completed his masters degree in Construction Management from Tandon School of Engineering, New York University. He is majored in construction management with minor concentration in business. Vatsal finished his undergraduate degree in civil and infrastructure engineering and quickly escalated his yearning to gain management skill for a successful construction project. During his undergraduate he has experienced marine, residential and commercial infrastructure. His experience with people belonging from different culture and background helped him established better rapport in construction industry. He is capable of working independently or along with team to deliver a successful project with focus on budget, schedule, environment, safety, claims and risk analysis.
