We are building a live-streaming entertainment ecosystem at Eloelo and I am playing my part in the following ways:1. Involved in production (including ideation, casting and briefing) for over 30 new shows on the platform, averaging over 60% returning users as the audience. These shows range from the genres of love & romance to singing and even astrology.2. I am also involved as an occasional collaborator for in-house comedy and game shows that we conceive and stream from our HQ.3. As a part of a tiny on-site production team of just 8-10 members we put together "Love House", India's first-ever live-streamed reality show that streamed continuously for 144 hours making it a World Record as the longest single live-streaming show ever.4. Constantly involved in training and improving the team by upskilling. 5. Self-initiated research & development of a low-involvement tracker to ensure the collation and management of accurate show data. This helps measure performance and improve overall quality of content.

1. Worked as a Curriculum Associate and Narrative Writer in a team of talented content developers aiming to enhance Language Acquisition and Leadership skills for our learners.2. Was actively involved in planning and execution of R&R activities and team building events to drive growth and productivity through collective participation.

My work on "Complete Overview of the Production Assembly Line and it's Maintenance Study and Time Study" included practical concepts of process involved in manufacture of solar panels while also dealing with measures to reduce the production time. The documented measures can reduce production time by 2-3% for every module and bring in additional income on the upper side of over ₹ 2 Cr.

Detailed study about Operation and Maintenance of Gas Turbines. 4-week Summer Training aimed at developing familiarity with various segments of a natural gas plant.

Part of the moderation team for MAAD, an advertisement-based mobile app created by GoKrazee Innovations, where my objective was to vet the incoming ads created by users based on whether they adhered to acceptable standards or not.
