I have a strong track record of commercially managing multi-property and multi-branded hotel portfolios, as well as leading pre-opening, opening, and change management projects, for new and existing properties. I have international franchise experience under international brands of Marriott, Hilton, and SLH.As the Deputy Commercial Director, Sales & Marketing, I oversee a global client portfolio, a team of sales and marketing staff located both locally and in relevant feeder markets. I am responsible for brand and operational pitching to developers and investors and lead international hotel chain negotiations and owner's relations, for new product development. I have a passion for developing and repositioning new products, and transforming businesses to meet the changing needs and expectations of the market. I hold an MSc in Organisational Change & Development and a BA (Hons) in Hotel Management and I am the recipient of multiple awards for leadership and sales & marketing excellence.
