Manage the Bar section of Tash’s Craft Bar. Dealing with stock take, wages, staff control, updating of stock prices, ordering of stock, marketing of events and planning of events.

I worked as a supervisor on the hotel barge supervising 4 staff members on the barge. Handling of time management of departure and returning times. Ensure the kitchen staff had the proper snacks ready for every drip and that the bartenders had the barge fully stocked at all time. Managed and reported stock take and safety regulations for the barge.
