I am a business development executive, with broad leadership, strategic, operational, management and finance skills. Diverse sector and operational experience having worked for a top international accounting firm - Deloitte, an investment bank, a global trading company, as EMEA COO of an international charity and also a debt collection and liquidation company. Extensive experience in advising and arranging mining finance transactions. Excellent client origination and communication skills.Non-Executive Director Experience : During the past year, I have served as a non-executive director at Godolphin Exploration. The role keeps me active in the mining space and allows me to broaden my perspective of effective governance in driving organizational success. This follows the solid groudning follwing extensive interaction with the ZT and OCCA board.Continuous Learning and Professional Development: Recognizing the evolving landscape of business I have invested time in comprehensive studies and practical application of both coaching and e-learning combined with social media marketing. I completed a course in coaching - trained by Neuroleadership Institure in brain based coaching and currently working towards ICF accreditation. The coaching focus stems from a fascination with high performance teams and healthy organisation culture. E-learning and social media marketing and sales are skills that I believe are increasingly relevant across most sectors. I have completed a numer of short courses to understand the strategy and approach behind effective social media messaging and continue to equip myself with the latest knowledge in these areas. Creative endeavours : My interest in a diverse range of pursuits combined with ongoing personal growth, also saw me explore creative endeavors alongside my professional journey. I have written a children's book aiming to engage young readers through imaginative storytelling. The next stage is to explore captivating illustrations. I am also currently working on a book focused on the importance of gut health, exploring its impact on overall well-being.In parallel my passion for creating positive change in society remains. More recently this includeds visiting and supporting the Ufahari charity working in Kalerwe in Uganda and run by the wonderful Racheal Mutesi. I am committed to leveraging my skills and expertise to support individuals and organisations make a meaningful difference.
