Indeed, a particular new store manager whom I recruited and trained later went onto become store owner and recipient of the ‘Supreme Franchisee of the Year’ Westpac Award.     Café Brands are the parent company of a number of brands including Mexico restaurants and Columbus Coffee cafés. I have previously worked for Café Brands and was shoulder tapped to commence this position. In this role I was responsible for developing new venues for Mexico and Columbus Coffee. To date, I have completed the development of four new Mexico restaurants, two new Columbus Coffee cafés and the refurbishment of six Columbus cafés. I was also responsible for the overall design of the new developments including kitchen flow and artistic staging. I successfully reduced costs by 15% for Columbus Coffee refurbishment projects and secured excellent deals with key stakeholders for venue leases.
