Manage civil engineering efforts for this start-up company focused on the development of Solar Energy Power Plants using molten salt thermal storage. Serve as the lead civil engineer overseeing both CSP and PV projects in all stages of development, financing and construction. Manage consultants throughout the project development stages which includes land entitlement, preliminary site plans and engineering, water basin studies, groundwater analysis, FAA obstruction permits, environmental/biological surveys, Floodplain/Jurisdictional Waters evaluation. Heavily involved in the Request For Proposal (RFP) process used to fine-tune financial and LCOE determination.
