I started at Snappy Tomatoe Pizza in 2007 as a delivery driver, and worked my way up to General Manager working all positions between. Snappy Tomato changed into a gastropub in 2011, and the owners decided to keep me on as a lead line cook because I wasn’t as skilled in that style of cooking but wanted to learn. From there I worked my way up and eventually became the head chef after learning and absorbing as much culinary knowledge as I could. I took on the job of Prep chef as an addition Job at Tavern in midtown, part of the M street restaurant group in Nashville, in 2017 to broaden my experiences further. I left Tavern on good terms to focus my attention solely on Publicity. Sadly towards the end of 2018 the owners were forced to close down as a result of dwindling business after the boom of other restaurants in Bellevue with the opening of One Bellevue Place. I then took the job of chef at M Restaurant and Bar in September of 2018, and I’m still employed there now. Always looking for more ways to expand my culinary knowledge.
