As the Talent Acquisition Leader at Subaru of America, I lead a team of recruiters and together we deliver strategic and operational talent solutions for all levels and functions of the organization. I also oversee the development and execution of Subaru's employer branding, diversity talent programs, and university relations, leveraging my expertise and certifications in social recruiting, inclusion and diversity, and industrial and organizational psychology. Previously, I held various roles at Campbell Soup Company, where I was instrumental in advancing their inclusion and diversity initiatives, employer branding, and diversity hiring. I also have experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and human resources business partnering at The TJX Companies, Inc. and Ross Stores, Inc.
