After twenty years with leading coatings manufacturer Tnemec Company, Inc., Vaughn O’Dea has been promoted to Director of Epoxytec, a subsidiary of Tnemec. In his new position, O’Dea manages all facets of sales, marketing, technical support, and growth of the Epoxytec brand.O’Dea began his two decades of service at Tnemec as a Senior Technical Service Representative, specializing in epoxy technology development, failure analyses, specification review, and internal and external technical development. In his most recent role as sales director for the Water and Wastewater markets, he was a critical part of key developments for the Tnemec Company including the ASTM G210 Severe Wastewater Analysis Testing initiative, the Perma-Shield line of severe wastewater linings, high-voltage holiday testing, and many concrete repair and resurfacing practices. Before joining Tnemec, O’Dea worked nearly three years for Black & Veatch as a Construction Manager and Protective Coatings Specialist for the Water Division.
