Full P&L and capital responsibility for the Memphis region consisting of Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi and Mid-Atlantic Region consisting of Virginia, North Carolina, DC, Maryland, W.Va. for distribution operations and sales in the Health Systems and Independent Pharmacy segments. Revenue growth, key customer retention and business development that drives profitable results are primary responsibilities as well as meeting operational metrics, providing leadership and execution of the DC operating plan(s) along with employee engagement and management development and 100% customer satisfaction. In this role I also ensure compliance, both internally to McKesson and with regulatory policies and requirements and share responsibility w my peers to shape the regional strategic plan for McKesson.

Responsible for pharmacy distribution and sales to Independent Small Medium Chain pharmacy in three (3) state region of Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi. Leads and develops team of 10 Regional Sales Managers/District Sales Manager/Regional Sales Executive to achieve targeted revenue growth and ROCC. Revenue growth to $570 million for FY13.FY14 Results improved YOY with Net Sales growth to $610MM and 112.9% to plan and #2 ranking among ISMC peers, OS Generic growth at 109.8% to target and New Account growth of $119.7MM in new revenue for the fiscal year and #2 among peers in the segment. FY15 Results improved again YOY with Net Sales growing to $733.6MM, 20% growth in the Independent segment along with a 19% growth rate in generic OS spend, both ranking in top 4 among peers.

Began developing network for movement of natural gas in the Appalachian Basin in 2007. Created Appalachian Natural Resources, LLC which works transportation for production companies in the natural gas and business. Developed relationships with small/medium production groups to offer alternative options to standard industry area movement procedures/processes. ANR understands the priorities of the small producer and values the relationships and creates trust between the producer and marketer.ANR, LLC buys daily natural gas production from producers in Eastern Kentucky and Southern West Virginia and has recently partnered with ownership group to bring to life existing oil well production in Johnson and Lawrence counties in Eastern Ky.New project to complete 9 mile natural gas line into the city of Paintsville, Ky. This line will create an opportunity to bring shut in wells production into daily usage for Paintsville community at a reduced rate to the city. We will also have a liquids play with this project.
