Led the major gift program strategy for MMRI, identified new revenue sources and funding opportunities from individuals and organizations that support basic and clinical research in stem cell, genetics, and biochemistry targeting cardiovascular disease, autism, autoimmune disease, diabetes and obesity. Designed roadmap to build the organizational infrastructure needed to prepare MMRI to launch a capital campaign in the next 24-36 months.

Cultivate relationships leading to gift solicitations of $1M+ for Oxford prospects; serve as North American Office liaison to UK colleagues in the Division of Medical Sciences, Said Business School and University Sport.

Led the strategic direction of the development and alumni relations function for the GWU Graduate School of Education and Human Development (GSEHD).
