About Aditya Vaze

I started as the first employee in 2016, after coming back to India from USA, and with guidance from the President of the company, Tim Wilson, was in charge of founding and setting up the Indian entity of Wilson Composites USA, i.e. Wilson Composites India along with its office in Mumbai and factories in Chakan, Pune.Today, Wilson Composites India employs more than 150 employees and I head the Indian entity. My role as Vice President, Strategy & Operations mainly involves general management and overseeing the key verticals in India. WC India manufactures architectural Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) and Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) exteriors. More than 11 years of experience in strategy development, operations, supply chain management, quality control, supplier development, problem solving and process improvement. I also have prior experience in strategy and management during my previous role as Executive Assistant (Business Analyst) to Mr. Harsh Kumar at Mahindra Intertrade (former Managing Director, and a member of the Group Executive Board). I have graduated from Clemson University with a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering, (Supply Chain, Operations Management & Quality) where I was inducted into the Alpha Pi Mu Honor Society, and with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai. I am an effective communicator, which allows me to be at ease while interacting with various stakeholders.
