Consultancy for temporary and permanent generalist selection. Making selection and administration of personnel of all types of profiles for companies from multiple sectors.Management of recruitment sources, interview and evaluate through relevant tests and select the candidates that best meet the requested profile, preparing reports. Management of the Health and safety of the demanded categories. Responsible for the individual protection equipment stock in the office: management, replacement and control.In the field of personnel administration; management and introduction of timesheets of collaborators in the system with the corresponding bonuses and absences.Preparation of work contracts and extensions of them, recalculation of income tax withholdings, monitoring of attachments, processing of dismissals, letters of sanction and issuance of company certifications for applications for benefits and subsidies.Management of the RED System program of the TGSS "online" for affiliation and quotation, as well as sick leaves and work accidents.Labour advice, telephone and online customer service.
