Regional Asset Manager for the electricity network of Stedin in South Holland.My role involves running projects on Stedin Substations, 13kV and 50kV cable connections as well as large client connections. Investing a total of 50 million euro per year I am responsible for:- writing functional design specifications, securing budget and monitoring project status.- supervising internal teams of project leaders, engineers and subcontractors.- making 10-year forecasts based on measurement data and network modeling.- consulting stakeholders such as municipalities, provinces project developers etc. on the spatial planning of Wind and Solar Parks to allow for a cost-effective connection to the Grid.Side duties include:- process improvement in collaboration with other departments.- assisting management with team expansion (hiring new members, restructuring).- representing Stedin at the National Dutch Committee for Power Quality.- taking part in work groups that research and promote Electric Vehicles - taking part in the Thema Team that streamlines analysis of data collected from Smart Metering in the MV and LV network.
