Led the Mobile Platform team, responsible for improving the mobile development experience. Significant accomplishments include building the continuous delivery pipeline and infrastructure, moving our apps to a monorepo, creating tooling for self-diagnosis of developers' environment, and spearheading a working group to test the technology later adopted by the company for its mobile development. As a result, the deployment to app stores went from a manual process done weekly to an automated done ten times a day and increasing.
