Since the beginning of my career, I have dedicated myself to being a catalyst for transformation in the organizations I have worked with. At CEDET, a company with initial operations in e-commerce, I led a revolution in the Information Technology area, transforming it from ad hoc management to an essential strategic pillar, expanding operational capacity, and consolidating the company's position in the market.I faced the challenge of remodeling a fragmented e-commerce with manual processes into a market reference, with IT integrated at every step of the process, optimizing and managing e-commerce operations and business management. These innovations were crucial for a more integrated and effective management, resulting in an exponential growth of more than 1,700% in the last nine years.This journey also allowed me to face and overcome challenges in IT infrastructure and in the development of new functionalities to meet demand peaks, creating solutions capable of supporting more than 1500 simultaneous users on the e-commerce platform.In 2017, my contribution was recognized with an invitation to become an executive partner in the company, marking the beginning of a new phase where operational efficiency and strategic resource management became even more vital. We managed to keep IT costs below 2% of revenue, managing an operation that supports more than 1000 daily orders with a highly efficient team.Furthermore, I led the expansion of the logistics infrastructure, doubling storage capacity and optimizing product layout with agile solutions, such as the Kanban system and integrations in our systems, gaining a deep understanding of the operational chain.My career reflects strategic adaptation to market changes and internal needs, with a constant focus on innovation, efficiency, and sustainable growth. As Tech Leader and CTO, I am committed to facing challenges and adapting to changes, always focusing on efficient and effective solutions.
