I apply my critical thinking and collaborative problem solving skills to handle complex and urgent requests, resolve conflicts, and optimize workflows. I also use my business management and data analysis skills to monitor and report on interpreter performance, quality, and costs. My BBA degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Nichols College has provided me with a solid foundation in the legal system and its processes. My goal is to facilitate access to community resources and promote cultural and linguistic diversity in our audiences.
