My prime focus was to manage e-business security, with responsibility for Strong Authentication and Real-Time Fraud Prevention systems across the Fidelity domain. Received and got approved 6 patents on Real-time fraud prevention that used streaming data and machine learning algorithms based on Bayesian Network to detect fraud. Principal on Fidelity’s customer protection roadmap initiative, responsible for adding multi-factor authentication into the enterprise SSO, designing to meet FFIEC requirement for having multi-factor authentication for retail trading sites. Produced ‘AAA’ deployments while achieving end-to-end security.Also have experience working with enterprise security, including Authorization, Agile development practices, security management best practices.

Chief Architect responsible for the architecture of the State of Massuchusetts Medicaid Information System (NewMMIS) modernization. The NewMMIS architecture and framework utilized J2EE, SOA and web services, portals, messaging and security, ESB and other state-of-the-art technologies using Open Source frameworks, i.e., Spring, Hibernate, JSF, etc.

Provided consulting services for Medical Insurance processing software and was the owner and CTO of the Namasoft Asset Management product for managing Disposable, Recoverable and Idle Assets. Participated in building an infrastructure for health plan administration using a unique language-based approach, that radically streamlined the paperwork-intensive benefits administration process. Accomplished integration using Service Oriented distributed messaging, Web Services and object based technologies with customers surround systems.

Responsible for designing the largest search engine for online-auction merchandise. BiddersEdge was a PC Magazine Top-100 Web Site and enough of a threat to eBay that they sued us. We were repositioning our technology to another market when the bottom fell out of high-tech and we had to close the doors. At least we settled with our creditors and shut down gracefully, without bankruptcy.
