After a year and a half at Macmillan, I returned to RS in 2010 to lead our third sector research team. I focused on helping charities and public sector organisations research the big issues of the day - policy & campaigning issues; fundraising and supporter development; and tackling strategic challenges. I am passionate about ensuring that third sector organisations get the same quality of insight as big businesses across the world!
