Project description:Working in a central team to assist different business units of Fortune 500 client with the following operations:- Onboarding client over a ZS proprietary self serve platform to cater to FAQs(Frequently Asked Questions) by the client to promote efficiency into the system by leveraging modern technology.- Adhering to the constant improvement of the system using the feedback loop from the client to provide the client with best utility of their resources.- Redesigning the territories for the sales of a product based upon the latest customer cohort, their geographic positioning and other important metrics.- Allocating the best sales representative to the newly carved out territories based upon their historic behaviour, customer relationship and other business KPIs.- Assisting the sales heads in optimising their sales force so that they have viable workload and enough room to caster to the expansion potentials.

Projects description:Assisted the client with salesforce management of 3 different products in Immunology portfolio in following operations:- Alignment management using a ZS proprietary GIS software to help client in making critical business decisions.- Planning sales structure based upon the capacity of the salesforce and client budget.- Assisting in smooth functioning of the sales team by helping with their various queries related to dataor any other technical discrepancy.- Automating the periodic tasks using VBA macros to save the time by 40% to promote less human intervention in the repetitive tasks which led to more efficiency and better work quality.- Setup better standard practices cater to demand of the project and simultaneously maintaining the quality of the deliverables.- Planning calls for the upcoming semester for the sales team based upon the current team headcount, customer cohort, sales rep's calling capacity and other business KPI's.- Trained and led the team of 4 associates to cater to the scaling demands of the project while building the system to promote teamwork and focus on bringing best quality work to the table.

Project Engineering

I worked as a designer for 6 months. where I lernt how the dies, fixtures and gauges are designed. I also got to apply my knowledge practically.

I is a non profit organisation. I made posters for their event "TIRANGA BAND IN EVERY HAND" going to take place on 6 JAN 2018 in ROHTAK.

I worked with a team of creative people to create various posters and illustration. Here I learned various skills like Photoshop, Illustrator, CorrelDRAW.
