Victoria Quevedo is a Senior PS Operations Analyst at Onit. Colleagues describe them as "Victoria and I worked together for almost 6 years at Onit. She started as a Business Analyst on our team where she learned to support clients and our software implementations before moving to an internal role supporting our PS team as our Sr. Operations Analyst. Victoria did an outstanding job in the operations analyst position where she drove the resource management function and coordinated with finance and services for our client invoices, forecasting, and month end close processes. Victoria's role required that she get things done through others, like getting project updates and assignment updates from project managers, getting time entered by all of the PS associates, and coordinating with other teams outside of the services team to ensure everything ran smoothly. She also assisted with key metrics and board presentations for the Services team. Victoria is passionate about people, and built great relationships with everyone she came in contact with. She helped coordinate employee functions to ensure a positive company culture, and made sure that new employees felt welcome. It was a pleasure working with Victoria, and it would have been very difficult without her. She was the glue that helped our operations run smoothly.
