Led a large cross-functional Salesforce project through to launch for US & Canada and established the framework for future launches globally:- Established project timeline, cross-functional team working cadence, stakeholder engagement framework, and end-to-end UAT structure, schedule, and feedback loop framework - Coordinated 3 months of testing, collaboration, and sign-off from multiple stakeholders (Sales Ops, Onboarding, CommOps, Legal, and more) within a fast-paced timeline- Facilitated 40+ hours of User Acceptance Testing with ~20 end users across functions- Worked closely with IT Eng TPM to lead enhancement & bug intake, follow-ups, and subsequent testing throughout 12-week UAT and 4-week hypercare- Produced stakeholder communications throughout the entire project lifecycleOngoing:- Facilitating discussions between Sales Systems, Sales Ops, and IT Eng to refine & prioritize enhancements, help ensure timely outcomes, and helping lead UAT following development- Working cross-functionally to translate complex topics into digestible comms & content for stakeholders and end users
