My professional background comes from both Sales and Technical roles I have performed. My history is all related to Solution Selling and contact with people. My beginning in Sales drove me to one conclusion - I want to help customers to fix their issues. There my focus on Systems Management solutions (NetIQ, Altiris, Symantec, Microsoft, VMware) appeared. Luckily I had a chance to be in intensive contact with technical gurus, vendors, customers and top managers of the companies in Eastern European region too. After several years I grew up to a Services Sales Executive in Dell. Not an easy task to sell Services when working for one of the biggest HW vendors. This was really challenging part of my career and I have learnt a lot... Services Sales role naturally transformed to people management role covering multiple countries in our region (Czech, Slovakia, Poland, Austria) and during last years more and more related to demand generation and strategic decisions too... Being a member of local Senior Management Team taught me to be able to see a bigger picture when working on business strategy and focusing on people management. My true belief is that helping the customer is the best way to do long-term business which is successful. Next belief driving my effort is that I’m happy to help my team members to grow and be satisfied with their job.
