* Establishing Quality and other Management Systems in Corporate office and group companies located in Middle East & South East countries. Effective implementation of ISO 9001:2015 QMS / ISO 14001:2015 EMS & OHSAS 18001:2007 Management Systems in various offices/projects of group companies. * Officiating as MR (Management Representative) for the Group. * Preparation of audit schedules and ensuring internal audits are carried out as per schedule at various offices/projects. Coordination and facilitation of client/third party audits.* Grooming Quality professionals at various offices & projects.* Preparing group company offices for certification/surveillance audits .

Responsible for QA/QC activities of ongoing Projects in middle east region. Some of the important responsibilities include monitoring/carrying out internal audits of various projects at work sites, ensuring corrective actions are taken in time to close out the non-conformities/observations raised by the clients, maintaining good relationship with clients and thus enhancing customer satisfaction level through out the project execution phase.

* Lead QA/QC Engineer for two projects (Ras Gas RGX Train 6 & SKIKDA LNG)* Site Inspections and coordination of RFI inspection of the department as per ITP. * Carrying out internal audits during project execution and preparation for client audits.* Participation in client review meetings and updating the departmental activities as per schedule. * Quality Dossier preparations and ensuring smooth document turn over in time.

* Setting up of south regional office at Chennai and developing it to a major profit sharing center.* Developing/maintaining reputed client database including M/s Ashok Leyland, Hyundai, Ford, Larson & toubro, AUDCO, TVS, Sundaram Clayton, etc.. * Installation & services of various industrial metrology instruments at clients' premises.

Served in Navy's Technical division (Master Chief Artificer). Places of work include various ships, Dockyard, DGNP and other naval establishments. Nature of works include maintenance, inspections, trials and ISO 9001 QMS implementation projects .
