In my role as Director of Operations, Strategic Partnerships, I lead Jellyvision’s service and delivery strategy for six strategic partners focused on running pilots, scaling and partner, customer, and implementation support. I collaborate with peers on team OKRs, organizational structure, service and delivery models, staffing, compensation, and special initiatives for a team of 60+ serving 1,600+ customers. In addition to my day-to-day, I support Executive Team initiatives like Annual Planning and All Hands meetings by building timelines, meeting agenda and decks, organizing presenters and communications, soliciting and acting on feedback, and generating ideas. Other responsibilities:● Co-lead cross-functional Program with Product, Creative, Technology, and Project Management peers which sets strategy, defines roadmap, and manages resources for Use Benefits products and features.● Manage 5 direct reports, including managers, spanning 6 to 15 years of domain experience; responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, goal setting, and performance management.● Co-led reorganization of Customer Operations department, increasing team headcount from 40+ to 60+.

I created and led the Partner Operations function at Jellyvision to operationalize how we grow and support existing and new strategic partners. I also developed the Partner Operations Manager role to streamline sales enablement and support, marketing, communications, and partner/customer/implementation support while increasing growth opportunities and talent retention. While in this role, I managed between 3-6 individual contributors. I also contributed to the following: ● Improved cross-team communication between Operations and Revenue through training for new and existing employees, and better-defined pre- and post-sale processes; increased sales rep knowledge and reduced mis-information, resulting in better customer and partner expectations at time of sale.● Introduced and supported the roll-out of a new service model, decreasing implementation time by over 50%.

In addition to my promotion to a people manager, I was tasked with leading and managing Jellyvision’s largest strategic partner of 3. I increased partnership revenue by 60% while tackling sales and operation initiatives like contract negotiation, pipeline tracking and sales support, invoice/PO tracking, and implementation support. While in this role I managed 6-8 individual contributors. I also contributed to the following: ● Improved Closed-Won process through using Salesforce Chatter (instead of email) to share signed contracts and customer invoicing details, saving time and reducing errors for Revenue and Finance teams.● Developed and hosted ‘Bootcamp’ event onsite with 25+ partner attendees to support revenue growth.

I implemented Jellyvision’s ALEX software for 18 Fortune 500 customers from pre-sale through product launch. I organized and maintained schedules, managed and addressed feedback, and launched all products on time, in addition to supporting the sale, renewal, and new product pitches.

As an Account Manager, I built and managed client relationships with companies like Mercedes, Fast Company Magazine, Charles Schwab, and Lavazza. I coordinated the video creation process from pre-production through delivery; included tracking and managing the production budget, scheduling crew/talent, booking travel, and ensuring the on-time video delivery.

As Executive Director, I was responsible for developing programming for both mentors and mentees, created the operational plan, created and managed the organization budget and financial policies and procedures in conjunction with the Board, and recruited and managed the Associate Board.During my tenure, I more than doubled the number of participating students and volunteer mentors in one year and increased special event revenue by over 70%.
