Estimating performance and guarantees for the process such as methanol purification and turpentine purification; estimation condensate quality for Evaps system. Equipment sizing and design of distillation columns and auxiliary system.H&MB along with component and water balance for Multi Effect Evaporators like 6-effects and 7-effects along with its auxiliary systems. PID drafts and review along with equipment drawing/datasheet reviews.Scheduling and management of overall project , drafting proposals, estimating budget for projects finalising equipment selection and purchase. Well conversant with CHEMCAD and ASPEN for H&MB optimisation and estimating the predictive performance.

Process Technologist dealing with EPC projects for separation and purification of chemicals recovered from wood/pulp and evaporators, mainly responsible for process concept innovation and process design, heat & mass balance, simulation of process concept. In addition to this, also accountable for P&ID drafts, equipment selection & sizing, drawing reviews, datasheet preparation etc for overall circuit with technological up gradation & troubleshooting of existing systems. Process simulation and OTS along with design & controls validation using IDEAS Dynamic simulator; predominantly responsible for OTS deliveries of Process Plants such as Pulp Evaporators, Recovery & Power Boiler with Minerals refineries. Good Hands on experience for the onsite OTS deliveries for Evaporators & Boilers for DCS FAT & Checkout with Process & Controls validation including Operators Training.In addition to this, contributed in developing emulator for several projects along with logic up gradation for DCS during the FAT of DCS system and HMIs.
