Worked in conjunction with the Program Manager to design and deliver multiple modules/projects required to enable future the NXE3600 & 3800 EUV Systems. I was responsible for the concurrent, end-to-end process. As a subset of the program, I had no less then 20 concurrent design projects in different phases. This required me to be involved technically and organizationally with design inception, architecture, feasibility study, detailed design, prototyping, testing & validation, design for manufacturing, sourcing/vendor selection and procurement.
