As Partner and COO at Kateto, I lead the strategy and execution of operations focused on the origination and management of precatórios and other judicial assets, turning legal challenges into high-value investment opportunities. I have coordinated the structuring of all Kateto's departments to date, including technology, auditing, legal disputes, finance, back office, regulatory compliance, asset management, and financial structuring.My role is to create innovative solutions that maximize returns on investments in complex assets, with a particular emphasis on the precatório market, positioning Kateto as a liquidity provider for illiquid assets, often entangled in litigation or bureaucratic processes.With a solid foundation in law from my experience at renowned law firms, I have been involved in significant M&A processes, corporate restructurings, and administrative defenses with regulatory bodies such as the CVM (Brazilian SEC), which prepared me for the regulatory aspects of the vehicles used in this market's transactions.Throughout this journey, I have developed a strong strategic vision, combining my legal expertise with a financial understanding, driven by a deep interest in finance that led me to pursue the CFA designation.I aim to further expand Kateto’s presence across Brazil, diversify our portfolio with new financial products, and continue leveraging my expertise in finance and judicial assets to deliver exceptional and innovative results for our clients and investors.My mission is to transform illiquid assets into efficient and profitable solutions, generating value for all stakeholders.
