With close to 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, I am a seasoned executive with a passion for delivering innovative and tailored solutions to alternative investment managers. As the Executive Managing Director at E78 Fund Solutions, I oversee the strategic growth and operations of the Fund Solutions practice, a premier provider of middle and back office services for private equity funds, venture capital funds, hedge funds, family offices and fund of funds. Driven by the mission of giving investment managers peace of mind by enabling them to focus on their portfolio while we handle the rest. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked in various roles and sectors, from auditing and consulting to fund management and family office.Prior to joining E78 Partners, I was the CEO of Agile Fund Solutions, LLC, a company that I helped grow from a startup to a market leader in just six years. I successfully led the merger of Agile with E78 Partners in 2021, creating a powerful combination of expertise and resources for our clients. I also have extensive leadership experience as an executive partner with accounting firms, such as KPMG and Rothstein Kass, where I specialized in alternative investments and advised clients on business strategy, structure, and tax matters. I’m credentialed as a CPA (inactive), have numerous years’ of experience as an adjunct professor and know enough Italian to be dangerous. With strong skills in private equity & credit funding, financial modeling, tax and finance & accounting, I am always eager to learn and adapt to the changing market conditions and client needs.
