Responsible for building IT Compliance culture by defining and executing IT Operations, Audit, Risk Management, Processes and Programs for the organization, as well as providing direction and oversight for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Controls and Testing while adopting ITIL Framework Process Lifecycle and implementing ServiceNow in order to provide strong stable IT Customer Service with a 24x7 Support Center of Excellence for over 15,000 MBCI associates.

Design and manage company-wide Enterprise Systems including server design, security, global networks (LAN/WAN), and IP-based universal client access for MBCI. Define standard technologies and tools MBCI will leverage to optimize business value, specifically using a best of breed approach around Oracle eBS, PeopleSoft, Hyperion platform. Instrumental in designing a predictable, consistent experience and access to MBCI systems from anywhere in the world.

Responsible for alignment, integration, design, and deployment of business applications/systems in support of the business. Promotes and executes effective project management and sets expectations to deliver and exceed on expectations. Manage all IT services delivery for HR & FINANCE divisions of MBCI. Principal goals are to develop and manage application portfolios for each department and to attain all IT service level agreements for the user community within the organization. Provide direction and support for IT solutions that enhance mission-critical business operations. Work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology business solutions for all aspects of the organization.

Responsible/accountable for HR Business Systems - ERP PeopleSoft HRMS/NA Payroll, Kronos Time Management, Johnson Controls P2000 Security System, Domino Lotus Notes, Intranet Portals - Workflow Applications.Ensure HR Business Systems are maintained in accordance to Maintenance Plan and defined SLA.Provide effective response to meet customer needs and expectations with respect to data calls or service requests.Establish, create, and manage a portfolio approach to IT program / project management following IPECC model using effective stakeholder communication to ensure focus on complete business alignment with business function.Report status of on-going prioritized projects to the functional executive sponsors and IT leadership.Measure & monitor effort, resources, & skills in area of accountability. Assist with the business case, high level feasibility studies, research, and analysis & vendor solutions.Lead standardization/consolidation initiative of system implementations. Provide effective improved business process and workflow solutions using BA tools & gather requirements. Leverage technical skills to manage deployment and empower a team to take on detailed level technical projects. Oversee aspects of HR project planning and task management using compliance tracking tool. Lead effort in HR Business System implementations / upgrades. Enforce IT policies, SOX audits, change management, and adhoc or routine audits specific to HR Business Systems.

Produce high quality project documentation for requirements, solution options, recommended optimum solution, and project management / execution to deliver on promise. Manage change requests, traceability matrix (tracing requirements during implementation), acceptance, installation, and deployment of solution. Contribute to enterprise architecture development from a business needs point of view.Play role of business liaison between HR, Executive Office, and IT providing business system support/solutions .Analyze functional and technical requirements of proposed or existing systems to determine avenues of development or modification necessary to meet mission objectives. Participate in systems requirement reviews and coordinate with customer/functional representatives and other technical personnel to clarify requirements. Prepare system change/programming specifications, and specific programming instructions, test plans, test packages, inputs and output, structures, and other analytical products to document the functional and technical requirements. Analyze, develop, and test application programs to meet user requirements. Work with users to understand functional/operational needs then translate them into functional solutions and training.Provide IT support for business solutions using business process maps and/or app integration tools.Work with HR/Risk Management enforcing IT policies/procedures - investigations relative to IT security.
