According to the work scheme of Do-Business México, the marketing consultant has the main responsibility of covering, within the organizational structure of the clients, the strategic activities performed by a Marketing Manager in a TNC company. This service is addressed to SMEs which, due to budget considerations, cannot afford to hire a full time experienced marketer. For clients who only acquire advertising and promotion services, the marketing consultant acts like a coordinator in implementing the strategy. In advertising activities, I coordinate the members of the creative team in the development of campaigns. In some projects, I develop along with the clients, the sales strategy with all the needed procedures, doing the sales force follow up with the CRM platform. I also work in the product-price strategy doing the category management. In all the web marketing tactics, I define the KPI'S and when the strategy is running I do the analytics in order to increase the level of performance.

As a marketing manager, I was responsible for all the commercial operations of the company, from the strategic planning of the product, price, promotion and distribution, to execution and results measurement. Initially, a functional beverage commercialized both on traditional and modern channels (Wal-Mart, Sams, Farmacias Guadalajara, Soriana…) was developed. I began working as an account executive, representing the link between the agency and its clients, coordinating all the advertising activities starting from the needs of the clients.
