Building a team or using your skills to change the way a team operates is incredibly rewarding. Especially when what was being done prior no longer works and they do not see it.When i leave he office i have the most amazing family, my wife and kids a the best motivation one can ask for. Volunteering to coach my son's sports teams (and my daughter when she gets older) has been incredibly rewarding and has helped me professionally. I'm also a Podcast Junkie, i feel as though self/professional development is important in everyone daily life.
