As a Fellow at the YALI (Young African Leaders Initiative) Regional Leadership Center West Africa, I went through a rigorous leadership development program to equip me with skills and knowledge in leadership, business, and civic engagement. There was room for networking among emerging leaders from all over West Africa through the fellowship, and I helped create high-impact workshops to formulate projects that will affect social and economic change in our communities.Key Responsibilities:1. Engaged in vigorous training on issues related to leadership, entrepreneurship, and civic engagement.2. Collaborated with fellow participants in the design and implementation of community-based projects and engaged in workshops and seminars conducted by experienced professionals and leaders.3. Published my research and conducted case studies that address the regional challenges.Proposed innovative solutions.4. I networked with a diverse group of leaders and professionals across sectors.5. Developed and presented a capstone project to address a specific issue identified in my community.6. Engaged in mentorship sessions to glean insights and guidance from well-established international leaders.7. Contributed to discussions and panels on Leadership and Development in West Africa.8. Developed personal and professional skills as an effect of the myriad of experiential learning opportunities.9. Actively engaged in follow-up activities and alum networks to ensure that the impact of the fellowship was lasting.

Selected among 40 outstanding personalities from Ethiopia, Ghana, Rwanda and Tunisia, as well as from Germany as part of the 2022 edition of "AGYLE-African German Young Leaders in Business.

Participated in the Berlin Landing Pad program between January and April 2023. The program aims at supportingbusinesses to scale up and grow internationally. They took part in intensive workshops, sessions, ecosystem visits, networking events, investor and stakeholder meetups, pitch trainings, and corporate meetups, to get to know the Berlin entrepreneurship ecosystem and take steps towards expanding to the European Market.
