• Oversaw the development of a $20 million/ three-concept/ 28,000 sq ft. project during all phases - conceptualization, design, bidding, permitting, construction, hiring and operations.• Hired and led a team of 28 Managers and Chefs and 300 hourly employees.• Created all marketing plans, training programs, menus, beverage/wine programs, costing, checks & balances and all financial reporting.• Operated a fine dining restaurant, a nightclub/sports bar and a gastro-pub simultaneously without homogenization.• The three venues generated $12 million in sales during our first year.• Negotiated all agreements with vendors, Harrahs Entertainment, City of Atlantic City and Taubman Centers.
