Footwear developer:- Coordinate all phases of development.- Ensure consistency in materials, construction and production techniques.- Serve as the technical support & manufacturing resource for product line management, design, development and other members of the product team.- Review and submit technical design packages to overseas development partners and partnering factories.- Build out bill of materials and review CBDs with over seas costing teams.- Review and confirm all bottom tooling blueprints.- Work with overseas and factory Costing, Development, Engineering and Manufacturing teams to identify and leverage potential manufacturing efficiencies to drive reduced product cost.Fit and Wear Manager:- Built out an internal fit and wear program to utilize Red team and Elite athletes.- Coordinate in line fit and wear programs at all stage gates and production quality control tests.- Collect and analyze fit and wear feedback and share out results with internal development, PLM, design, and overseas development team.SMU/Collaboration Developer:- Manage and develop seasonal SMU projects on a 3-6 month development calendar.- Building, reviewing and submitting CADs and BOMs with SMU leads from design, PLM and color.- Collaborated with external brands on collab projects.
