Current assignment: Banc Sabadell.Project: Digital transformation.Main tasks:- Coordination between all groups currently affected by the project's scope with the goal to streamline communication of requirements, implementation problems and other issues related to the project.- Prepare status reports of the project for high-profile management meetings.- Organisation of biweekly control meetings with all groups involved in the project, where current project lines progress is discussed, new project lines are suggested and issues that require some kind of fix from IT group are raised. After the meeting, preparation and distribution of meeting minutes to state and track tasks pending due to be completed before next control meeting takes place.Additionally, I’m currently providing support to another group in Banc Sabadell, performing the following tasks:- Check completion of software requirements' documents.- Prepare UAT test-matrix based on software requirements’ docs.- Perform tests defined in UAT test-matrix.- Report issues found in testing (through Jira).

Nissan Technical Center Europe

Working for one of Rücker Lypsa's main clients, Nissan NTCE-S, I performed a wide variety of tasks. Some of the most relevant were:- Coordination between Engineering, Management and Logistics departments in cross-company projects (Daimler-Nissan projects).- Creation and adminstration of Excel-based databases containing different key activities developed within the company. These were later used for project tracking.- Reporting at high-level management meetings where project completition was evaluated.- Organization of weekly control meetings with key stakeholders of each project (mainly, but not only, Engineering, Project Managament and Logistics/Manufacturing).- Handling of confidential documentation for project management (administrative processes, etc).

Summer internship I developed in Caixa Penedès after finishing Batxillerat (Spanish Level A courses). In this position, my duties were as follows:- Costumer care, both in office and phone/email requests.- Opening and closure of daily accounts, report results to Headquarters.- Handling of logisitics between HQ and our office.- Preparation of financial contracts.
