Primary technical consultant responsible for working directly with clients to implementing in Medidata Rave for their clinical study. • Contributed to development of client knowledge transfer programs. This ensured a more consistent and effective messaging to clients. • Delivery of a three day Rave Best Practices workshop. This resulted in the client requesting that I deliver the next workshop. This involved providing best guidance on implementing data integrations with external applications collecting Lab and Interactive X (voice and web) Response Systems. Liaising with off shore team members who were implementing custom code based on requirements authored by myself. Support of new hires, ensuring knowledge was transferred efficiently; ensuring clients received the same information from all team members.

Working with senior team members to develop clinical data collection databases in Medidata Rave. This included Clinical Report Forms and data validation checks. The role was to build the eCRF screens and edit checks based on the client’s requirements. Implementation of a clinical trial for a client who could not allow the start dates to be changed. I requested additional support. Once assigned to the project, I assigned activities and then lead the team and ensured that we were able to deliver the study as per the defined timelines. Working as the client facing eClinical Data Management associate and successful implementing Rave studies for Medidata’s largest pharmaceutical client at that time.
