CurrentConsult and case manage 150+ clients with complex employment barriers from diverse inclusion groups using a strength-based approach to ensure successful individual employment outcomes and government program contract deliverables. - Conduct guided interviews through the OES portal, identify service eligibility requirements, and refer clients to appropriate internal and external programs and community resources. - Provide individualized job search and marketing support utilizing resume and cover letter development, job matching, wage subsidy negotiations, and job starts financial assistance.- Guide clients in career exploration, advocate short and long-term training applications, identify viable employment outcomes, and deliver individualized job sustainment supports. - Collaborate with clients to develop, update, and revise action plans, coach and review individual progress, record progression and outcomes in the government ICM database.-Achieve and maintain individual service utilization targets, ensure biweekly client contacts, and support sustainment re-seekers with efficient services for employment re-engagement.
