Pilot Project - increased the OEE from low 73% to 90%.- Introduced Kanban cards and Ship to line concept in Armature shop thereby reducing WIP by 2 days and eliminating final packing cost of 8MINR/year.- Representative for TS 16949, EHSMS and Corporate process compliance audit - achieved 0 non-conformities from 2008 to 2011.
