- Development of technical documentation and SOPs that ensure compliance to internal and external requirements such as ISO 17065, ISO 17021, ISO 14065 and a range of voluntary sustainability standards for natural resources management and chain of custody, food safety, manufacturing, sustainable agriculture - Management of accreditation activities with ASI (Accreditation Services International) and ANAB (ANSI National Accreditation Board) for diverse portfolio of programs including FSC, RSPO, MSC/ASC, SBP, RSB, GLOBALG.A.P., PrimusGFS, EFI, etc.- Management of company wide internal audit program (domestic and international)- Lead Auditor- Ongoing support to over 25 programs throughout the audit process, including gap analyses, issuance of findings, review, and development of Root Cause Analyses, Corrective and Preventive Actions.- Data analysis, Internal benchmarking and dissemination of best practices across teams.- Development of tools and systems for greater efficiency. - Management of impartiality - Delivery and coordination of trainings (one-on-one and company-wide).

- Event coordinator: responsible for outreach, defining budgets, schedules and venues, overseeing registrations, and coordinating logistics.- Data-management & survey-analysis: collection, analysis and presentation of qualitative & quantitative data.- Design, implementation and maintenance of a new database to track member compliance.- Overhaul of the record-keeping and filing structure of the Membership and Compliance team.- Administrative/support tasks.
