-Patrol Supervisor for the Cities of Mission Viejo and San Juan Capistrano Police Services. -Administrative Sergeant for San Juan Capistrano Police Services. -Supervised the Homeless Liaison Officer, Crime Prevention Specialist, Extra Help Deputies, and 45 city volunteers.-Job duties include budget, personnel, scheduling, handling complaints, organizing special events, supervisor for Citizen Emergency Response Team (CERT) and Associated Senior Action Program (ASAP), and the liaison between the City and Department.-Maintain partnerships with City Manager, Human Resources, Financial, and Public Works.

Training Division

-Supervisor for Recruit Training Officers (Tactical Officers) at the Orange County Sheriff's Regional Training Academy. -Responsible for the education and training of police officer and deputy sheriff recruits in Southern California.

Professional Standards Division

-Conducted Administrative Investigations, Administrative Reviews on Officer Involved Shootings, Use of Force investigations, and critical incidents. -Collaborated with Human Resources, Risk Management, Office of Independent Review, Constitutional Policing Advisor, and County Counsel-Custodian of Record for personnel investigations and complaints.-Member of the Traffic Collision Review Board Committee.-Member of the Use of Force Committee.-Member of the Carrying Concealed Weapons Unit.-Assigned as the administrative sergeant. Responsible for the knowledge and distribution of all personnel investigations, and oversaw 6 sergeants and 1 Investigative Assistant.

Custody Operations

-Supervisor at the Theo Lacy Facility. Assigned as the Housing and Operations Sergeant. -Assigned Emergency Response Team Sergeant. -Reviewed daily logs and reports. -Handled inmate grievances, discipline, and complaints. -Acting Watch Commander.

Training Division

-Tactical Officer at the Orange County Sheriff's Regional Training Academy. -Training new Deputy Sheriff Trainees and Police Officer Recruits.
