● Enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, andevaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices● Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions forall positions● Support organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewingprogram, counsel managers on candidate selection, conduct and analyze exitinterviews, and recommend changes● Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientationand training programs● Ensure planning, monitoring with employees, hearing and resolving employeegrievances, and counselling employees and supervisors● Implement employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits bystudying and assessing benefit needs and trends● Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable humanresource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintainingrecords, and representing the organization at hearings● Cultivate professional and technical knowledge by attending educationalworkshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, andparticipating in professional societies● Manage human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and trainingemployees● Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

● Assisting with the recruitment process, such as sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings and scheduling interviews.● Participating in employee relations activities, such as investigating and resolving employee complaints.● Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)● Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.To recruit efficient individuals for the organization● Plan and execute a set of task(s) by implementing the virtues of Tech Analogy● Responsible for organizing and structuring the entire team of TechAnalogy, thus maintaining a balance of ideation and execution among the domain heads● Maintenance of the database of the domains● Brainstorming for Employee benefits● Taking regular follow-ups from the concerned authorities● Curating the deliverables for the interns/employees working in Tech Analogy● Taking part in the induction, promotion interviews, terminating/relieving process, exitinterviews● Working as the bridge between the management as well as the various domains● Finding key loopholes in the system and in consequence, eliminating them from theorganization to safeguard its realms as a successful startup, and be in direct touch withthe CEO and the COO.
